As with any exercise, movements or positions that are painful, adjust the position or modify the workout to avoid the pain and ultimately injury. “Always” when training, especially with weight resistance, use proper technique and form.

"Capoeira" with Maia
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art combining elements of dance, acrobatics and music usually referred to as a game. Developed in Brazil mainly by West Africans, beginning in the 16th century and known for quick and complex moves, using mainly power, speed, and leverage for a wide variety of kicks, spins, and highly mobile techniques. Discover the harmonizing with fun martial arts and dance movements synchronizing your entire body and mind for a younger more flexible you.

"Martial Art Fusion" with Megan
Martial Art Fusion interlaces the movements
from multiple forms of martial arts like Kenpo, (Kempo), characterized by quick and powerful strikes powered by rapid stance moves and Wing-Chun, which is a concept-based Chinese martial art and form of self-defense utilizing both striking and grappling while specializing in close range challenge. Mind and Body Harmonization through weekly exercise programs is the most important disciplinary nourishment for our mind and bodies future.
